If you are local, we will provide an address for keepsake drop off.
Non-local: a shipping label will be emailed for you to send your keepsake
2-4 week turn around
Completed Item will be shipped or ready for pick up along with any usable remnants from your keepsake.

Wash inside out on delicate
Do not wash with velcro or clasps etc. to avoid snags on the embroidery
Tumble dry or lay flat to dry

Return Policy: Non-personalized items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your item. Due to the nature of personalized items, we do not accept returns.
